👨‍🚀 Greetings, Commanders!

🚀 In the “In Touch With Devs” segment, our team continues to answer frequently asked questions about the Space Arena. As part of the segment, we share the development process and upcoming plans for the game. We hope that this information will be helpful to you and will come in handy in planning future battles!

If you have questions about game mechanics, you can always contact our community manager. We will pass them on to the development team and will publish the answers later!

💡 This time, we collected and answered questions regarding the fusion type laser weapons features, Turn on/off sounds feature development, Clan War trophies reset system, the Blueprints trade feature, contribution tokens, and the possibility to transfer the in-game progress.

Question from Unknown: Do trash launcher projectiles reset the damage of fusion-type lasers?

Answer: No. In this case, any of the fusion-type laser weapons will function in the same way as with all types of modules/cells.

Question from GARDELL 504: Would it be possible to develop a way to separate the controls for sound and battle? Can you turn off the music and just listen to the battle?

Answer: The development of such a feature is not the highest priority right now. Still, a new Turn on/off sounds may be implemented in the further game updates.

Question from Jaimd: When 100% Clan War trophies reset system will be removed? No one likes that it should be 80% and only do 100% every 4 seasons or so, so you allow more than just a single clan reaching the Master league.

Answer: We do not plan to make any changes to this system right now.

Question from EheHe: When will you add the Blueprints trade feature into the game?

Answer: This feature will be added in one of the future updates, though we can’t say the exact release date. Follow the news!

Question from burn: What percentage of contribution tokens given are used?

Answer: The HQ team can provide this kind of info, but only for the past three months – such is the features of the Analytics system. HQ to report: 7% of the contribution tokens were used during these months.

Question from Razoring: How would I go about moving an account to a different phone?

Answer: If you want to transfer the progress of your current account to another, please contact us via sa-help@herocraft.com. Mention two IDs in your message: the ID of the account from which you want to transfer the progress and the ID of the account on which you plan to play with this progress. You can find the ID either on the game loading screen or in the Profile section – both will fit. By the way, you may contact our Discord community managers, they will help you as well. The transfer of progress can take up from 2 to 5 working days, sometimes even more. In any case, we will notify Commander when the job will be done.
